ABOUT THE FOUNDER:

ULI Cincinnati Amplifies Kim Ranz for Women’s History Month

Kim is the founder and owner of 22R Design Build and Ayla West, established in 2019. Kim is a multi creative with over 20+ years of luxury sector experience across retail, fashion, and hospitality. Kim’s design career started behind the lens, and evolved across stying and interior design. Kim led commercial fashion shoots for eyewear giants, fashion titans, and top tier home decor brands. As a systems thinker, Kim initiated global creative development processes, led VM program management for branded experiences, and consulted on boutique hotel developments. Now as a licensed GC, she is able to bring creative projects to life through the execution phase.

Kim is a connector and collaborator, bringing in the right talent, companies, and private equity groups to bring personal or client projects to life.
